Sell the 7,5 & get one in .308. There are plenty out there & even some that function perfectly (I have one). The .308 version should be less expensive anyway, more money for...

I have both and I would recommend you buy one in 7.5 French. Ive been able to find ammo reasonably by looking around. You can also buy brass and dies for reloading and it uses standard .308 bullets....

I would keep it in 7.5 French, I find ammo for $9 at the local gunshow.I buy them out when I can.All the ones I came across that were converted to 308 had nothing but feeding problems.
